Role Overview: As a Transformer Service Quality Assurance Specialist at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent quality by executing rigorous quality assurance processes, addressing non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance in assigned projects and orders across suppliers, incoming, in process & delivery, thus contributing to Hitachi Energy's vision of delivering smarter and more sustainable energy solutions. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO). - Proficiency in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization.
