Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across various grades of

  castings, forgings, and fabricated components

• Supervise

  steel fabrication

  , pipe systems, and fittings in alignment with international standards (DIN, EN, ISO, ASME)
• Prepare, review, and approve

  Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

  , and

  Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs)

• Review and manage

  supplier quality documents

  and

  inspection calls

  using digital tools
• Identify and document nonconformities; drive

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  and implement

  8D corrective actions

• Plan and coordinate with

  third-party inspection agencies

  and suppliers
• Participate in

  lean initiatives

  to enhance process efficiency and product quality
• Engage in

  supplier audits

  , performance monitoring, and

  new supplier development

• Host

  client witness inspections

  at supplier and Siemens sites
• Promote

  EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

  compliance and foster a collaborative shop floor environment

What You Bring

• 8+ years

  of relevant QA/QC experience in casting, forging, and fabrication inspections
• In-depth knowledge of

  manufacturing processes

  for castings, forgings, and fittings
• Certification in

  ASNT Level II

  for

  DP, UT, MPT, and RT

  (hands-on proficiency required)
• Familiarity with

  ISO 9001:2015

  as a

  certified internal auditor

• Strong understanding and application of

  quality tools

  8D, 5 Whys, A3, CAPA
• Proficiency in

  engineering drawings

  ,

  MS Office

  , and

  SAP (MM & QM)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• A working knowledge of

  EHS practices

  in manufacturing
