Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Operator (FQC) to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB inspection and quality checking of manual assemblies, preferably with knowledge of the SMT process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final quality checks (FQC) on electronic assemblies
• Inspect PCB boards using visual/manual inspection methods
• Identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis
• Maintain quality records and documentation
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure product quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in electronics manufacturing QA
• Experience in PCB inspection (SMT process knowledge preferred)
• Familiarity with manual assembly quality checks
• Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards (preferred, not mandatory)
• Good attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (1st & 2nd)
