Quality:-

• Take daily hospital rounds and monitor the functioning of various clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Identification of gaps, develop action plan in coordination with departmental HODs and monitor compliance.
• Facilitate gap closure activities and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate to conduct all Committee meetings. Ensure preparation of agenda notes, action taken report & minutes of meetings.
  

MRD :-

• After each month end, list of case papers to be prepared and all case papers to be packed & arranged.
• Preparing the files of the Discharges.
• Collecting the discharges from wards.
• Assembling the files in order.
• International Classification of diseases (ICD) coding of diseases must be ensure.
• Responsible for arranging & maintaining the files in the Medical Record room.
• Issuing of Discharge, Fitness, Expenditure as per requirement.
• Issuing of details for cashless patient as per requirement and protocols.
• Handling of queries related to Medical Records of the patients.
• Hand over the case papers to the patients and completing the necessary formality.
• Maintaining Statistics (Eg. Admissions, discharges, death, etc).
