ICU STAFF NURSE

As a Junior ICU Staff Nurse at Shree Giriraj Multispeciality Hospital in Rajkot, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of patients by adhering to medical protocols and delivering optimal patient outcomes. - Provide continuous monitoring and care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). - Administer medications and adjust dosages as per physicians orders. - Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient responses. - Respond promptly to emergency situations and activate emergency response protocols. - Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care. - Maintain detailed patient records and update clinical documentation. - Perform wound care and assess patient recovery progress. - Educate patients and their families about ongoing medical conditions and post-hospital care requirements. - Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an ICU or critical care environment. - Strong background in critical care nursing (Mandatory skill). - Proficient in patient monitoring techniques and equipment (Mandatory skill). - Demonstrated ability to respond effectively in emergency situations (Mandatory skill). - Experience with ventilator management and respiratory support systems. - Skillful in medication administration adhering to prescribed protocols. - Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) techniques. - Experience in wound care management and treatment.,
