Role Overview: As a Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations Manager at gTech Ads, you will be responsible for managing warehousing and supply chain operations. You will work on supervising and managing third-party logistics relationships to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve analyzing data to generate business insights that guide decision-making. Additionally, you will be required to manage vendors and extended workforce providers while creating and revamping Quality frameworks and improvements. Your knowledge of tech and analytics tools, including SQL, will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive quality operations with vendor partners to ensure noise-free quality and customer experience. - Provide input into quality workflow design in collaboration with relevant teams. - Translate business requirements into outcomes through quality evaluation and decipher the language of the business. - Lead stakeholder management in a cross-functional and global multicultural environment. - Inform and influence tools roadmaps by collaborating with relevant cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations. - 5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships. - Certification in Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN (or other similar operations coursework) preferred. - 3 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights. - 3 years of experience managing vendors and extended workforce providers. - Experience in creating, revamping Quality framework and improvements. - Experience using tech and analytics tools, with knowledge on SQL. - Knowledge of Google Ads, Measurement, and Attribution products.,
