Role & responsibilities : Experience in Auto Industry MUST. Tier 1 or Tier 2 Minimum 12 years in Quality plus 5 to 6 years in manufacturing Exposure to Injection Moulding Process. High Volume Manufacturing High Competency in Quality Tools and Techniques Hands On High Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Good in Oral and Written Communication Ability to relate to Senior Management Prepare Reports / Presentations Ability to see the Big Picture Ability to lead a Team Ability to communicate with the Customers for a resolution Candidate should have the potential to move up to GM level in 5 6 years Preferred candidate profile Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics. BE (Mech) preferred
