Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards, legal regulations, and customer specifications. Your key responsibilities will include planning and conducting internal and external quality audits, monitoring production/service processes to ensure consistent quality, and investigating non-conformances to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). You will collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, training staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices will be an essential part of your role. Analyzing quality performance data and preparing regular reports for management will also be crucial in ensuring continuous improvement. To drive continuous improvement projects, you will lead initiatives utilizing tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. This full-time position requires you to work in person at the designated work location.
