Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality systems:
HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, SOPs
.
Oversee raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release.
Monitor microbiological standards, hygiene practices, and sanitation.
Lead internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
Ensure traceability, documentation, and compliance with regulatory norms.
Food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
Manage QA/QC team and ensure lab accuracy and equipment calibration.
Good knowledge of processing a broad range of vegetables..

Qualifications:

B.Tech/ M.Tech, M.Sc in Food Technology/Food Science.
12-15 years experience in frozen foods / FMCG / food processing, with strong QA background.
