Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes for ceiling fan manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with BIS/ISI standards, ISO guidelines, and other relevant certifications.
Lead and supervise quality inspection teams for incoming raw material, in-process production, and finished goods.
Analyze customer complaints, warranty returns, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, rejections, and process failures.
Coordinate with production, design, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure supplier quality by auditing vendors and monitoring component compliance (motors, blades, regulators, etc.).
Develop testing protocols for fan performance (speed, air delivery, power consumption, noise level, durability).
