Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive the implementation and maintenance of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) for a very large FMCG manufacturing plant in Surat.
Establishing and updating process SOPs, internal audits, compliance with ISO/FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP standards, and facilitating continuous improvement across all quality operations.
The role supports production teams for root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and ensures adherence to national and international food safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology, Engineering or related field.
At least 7-8+ years experience in FMCG or food manufacturing QMS roles in large professional and system oriented organisations.
Proven expertise in implementing ISO, HACCP or similar quality frameworks.
Knowledge of laboratory practices, audit procedures and regulatory compliance.
