Full Time
o Release schedule for internal auditing including process, product, dock and system audits.
o Co-ordinate with customer during customer’s audits
o Keeping the latest version of documented information’s
o Data collection for MRM meeting and prepare MOM
o Conduct monthly poke – yoke audits and send the details to all concerned
o Circulate the findings of the audits and get the corrective actions from respective departments
o Verification of effectiveness of process, product, customer, internal , dock and system audits.
o Coordinating and consolidating of MOP data from all verticals
o Preparation of quality department MIS reports
o 14Q audit to be conducted and completed to all departments with in a month.
o Issuing the CPs for regular production.
o Coordinating third part inspection in case of any clarification to them
o Mail correspondence to customers in respect to action plans and other requirements.
o Coordinating supplier PPAP documents
o SOP preparation for regular and paint shop.
o Knowledge strong in IATF documents, audit and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
