Quality Inspector

You will be responsible for reading blueprints and instructions to understand the quality expectations for products and supplies. Your duties will include approving or rejecting raw materials based on quality standards, selecting output samples for testing, and using appropriate methods to ensure quality. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain records of testing, monitor production procedures for efficiency and safety compliance, and ensure equipment is well-maintained. As a Quality Inspector, you will be required to prepare and submit reports to the quality manager, set detailed guidelines for quality standards, and update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements. You will also conduct audits based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements, establish quality metrics for manufacturing procedures, and identify technical issues and recommend solutions. Your role will involve preparing reports on malfunctions and corrective actions, setting and tracking quality assurance goals, and coordinating with external quality assurance auditors and technicians for legal compliance. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality. In addition to the Quality Inspector responsibilities, you will also perform assembly line tasks as directed by the supervisor. This will include operating and maintaining machinery and tools, ensuring correct assembly of products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization on the assembly line. You will report any issues to the supervisor, follow safety protocols, and work collaboratively with the assembly line team to meet production targets and deadlines.
