Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector at Meghna Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our brass, copper, and other metal-based components. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting regular inspections, maintaining compliance with product specifications, and upholding quality standards across the manufacturing process. Your duties will include inspecting incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using various measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and VMS. You will be expected to document and report inspection findings meticulously, collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to address any quality issues that may arise. Your role will also involve supporting root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions to enhance overall product quality. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Production Engineering along with at least 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably working with brass or electrical components. A solid understanding of engineering drawings, measurement tools, and quality systems is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in quality control.
