Job Description

Details:-

Designation: Quality IN charge -
Department: Quality and food safety
Qualification: - Graduate in Food Technology/Bio chemistry/Chemistry
Exp.: -5 -6 years
Industry:- FMCG / Food Processing
Location:- Bari Brahmana Jammu & Kashmir

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
quality checks
for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods as per sampling plans.
Ensure
compliance with GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and safety practices
on the shop floor.
Prepare and maintain
SOPs, checklists, and QA documentation
.
Monitor
CCP, calibration of lab instruments, RM/PM testing
, and NPD trials.
Manage
quality incidents, salvage of rejected material
, and closure of action plans.
Support
internal and external audits
(AIB, ISO 22000) and maintain records.
Implement and monitor
traceability, legal declaration on packaging, and compliance policies
(tobacco, glass, jewellery).
Drive initiatives to
reduce consumer complaints and improve process quality
.
Coordinate
pest management programs
, process sanitation improvements, and GMP audits.
Analyze
quality data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
.

Zero consumer complaints during the shift
No non-conformances in process and external audits
Achievement of organizational quality targets
