The preparaƟon of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions Control and the distribuƟon of all the company’s quality documentaƟon Monitor all quality related acƟviƟes on the project Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentaƟon submiƩals. Record of quality & work performance of all kind of consumable, tools & tackles used for producƟon The preparaƟon and control of project quality system management documentaƟon prior to project commencement. Review quality inspecƟon personnel qualificaƟons and training requirements Monitor the disposiƟon of all issued nonconformance reports. Monitor the progress and effecƟveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required. Coordinate all QA/QC acƟviƟes Coordinate all QA/QC acƟviƟes with the procurement manager Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the management Control all achieve documentaƟon upon the compleƟon of the project.
