Quality In-charge

Role Overview: You will be joining as a full-time on-site Quality In-charge for an established 100% export oriented unit in Aurangabad. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. This includes inspecting and testing products, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate with production teams to enhance quality processes, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, providing training to staff on quality standards and procedures is a crucial aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Plant Quality Department. - Ensure compliance with customer requirements. - Coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. - Analyze rework and implement actions to minimize rejections. - Develop and submit action plans for customer complaints. - Manage calibration activities, PPAP, EMEA, CP, SPC, and MSA processes. - Possess process knowledge of press operations, fabrication, and powder coating. - Understand ISO 9001:2015 STD requirements. - Handle basic instruments in the Quality Department, along with documentation and computer operations. - Preference will be given to candidates from Aurangabad and nearby areas. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (B.E./D.M.E.). - 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.,
