Role Overview: As a Quality Management System Leader at Adani RMRW, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System across all projects, ensuring adherence to established standards. Your role will involve driving quality achievements, implementing robust QA-QC processes, managing audits, and providing leadership to the Site Quality team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the advancement of quality achievements and performance improvements across all RMRW projects. - Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards. - Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain the QMS and manage construction processes effectively. - Oversee QA-QC budgets for efficient resource allocation. - Supervise the daily operations of the Site Quality team to ensure tasks are executed to the highest standards. - Coordinate QA-QC staff responsibilities and work schedules for optimized team performance. - Fulfill QA-QC personnel certification and ongoing education requirements to foster continuous improvement. - Set and enforce service standards for internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory codes. - Evaluate and approve new contractors, maintain an Approved Source/Manufacturer List, and manage Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies. - Identify training needs, deliver educational programs, and implement corrective measures to address compliance gaps. - Elevate quality issues to management for informed decision-making and resolution. - Conduct Quality Review Meetings (MRMs) focusing on quality objectives and processes. - Ensure proper documentation of quality documents, including ITP and MQP, checklists, and formats. - Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and establish Quality Compliance Factors (QCF) for each site. Qualifications: - Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Masters Degree - Work Experience: 20+ years in the Construction and Infrastructure Development industry.
