Head of Quality – Forging
Location: Punjab
Department: Quality Assurance
Reports To: Managing Director
Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh
Experience: 15+ years (8+ in quality leadership within forging industry)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead forging QA team and ensure compliance
Improve forging processes and drive quality metrics
Oversee testing and inspection activities
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate across departments for quality goals
Train team on best practices and industry standards
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of forging and metallurgy
Strong leadership and documentation skills
Familiarity with IATF, ISO, ASTM standards
