Quality-GMS Governance lead

In this role, you will be the Delivery Excellence COE Leader in GDS Consulting at EY, collaborating with delivery leaders and partners to ensure top-quality, efficient, and predictable consulting engagements. Your main focus will be on utilizing CMMI-based methodologies, industrialized processes, advanced tools, and standardized methodologies to enhance delivery reviews and optimize competencies within the Delivery Excellence function. You will also play a key role in scaling service delivery maturity across regions and consulting service lines. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the delivery review process globally, assessing performance and identifying risks regularly - Drive consistent delivery of consulting services and integrate CMMI practices into delivery reviews - Identify process improvement opportunities and establish/enforce a governance framework for delivery excellence - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide support to client-facing teams, and mentor/develop the Delivery Excellence team - Resolve critical delivery issues and ensure the successful execution of complex engagements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems/engineering - Minimum of 14+ years of IT industry experience - Strong knowledge of service delivery across various industries/sectors and exposure to industrialized delivery - Experience in client relationship roles and understanding of competitive landscape on industrialized processes, AI-enabled technology, and best delivered solutions - Hands-on experience in executing critical and complex engagements Furthermore, you should have proven experience and deep knowledge of Technology Delivery, global leadership experience in large-scale engagements, understanding of end-to-end service delivery, and familiarity with industry certifications such as ISO, CMM, and IS. Your abilities to drive organization-wide transformation, manage conflicts, and adapt to cross-region ways of working will be essential in this role.
