As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Nasdaq Technology, you will be a key player in the Marketing Analytics and Reporting team at the Bangalore technology center in India. Your primary responsibility will be to drive reporting on marketing campaigns and provide critical insights to marketing managers. You will work with advanced tools to derive inferences from data and optimize marketing functions to enhance overall performance. Joining the CAP Marketing organization, you will collaborate with a global team to run Product Marketing for CAP products. Your role will involve establishing a robust marketing analytics and reporting capability, utilizing MarTech platforms to collect performance data, and leading attribution decisions to capture detailed marketing performance data. You will also be responsible for implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize landing pages, ad assets, and campaign setup. To excel in this role, you should have more than 5 years of demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong familiarity with Marketing Funnel optimization and platforms like Google and Meta Ads. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with a good understanding of English to effectively convey insights from data. Additionally, having experience with ABM/B2B marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or Adobe Experience, and AWS Cloud expertise would be advantageous. As part of the team, you will design PowerBI reports to create engaging storytelling decks for user groups. Constantly studying campaign performance data, you will identify new opportunities and areas for optimization to minimize wastage. The role will also involve collaborating with Nasdaq teams in other countries to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
