Quality Executive - Retail MFB - Credit - Mawana - Meerut Main Road - J Grades

As a key member responsible for monitoring the FTR trends and identifying training gaps, you will play a crucial role in coordinating mapping and technical issues. Your primary focus will be on ensuring end-to-end TAT servicing by the CO structure to the sales teams. Your duties will include maintaining a TAT of 24 hours for all assigned credit underwriting at the branch, conducting monthly trainings for Branch Loan officers to keep them updated on the latest product information, and ensuring that the FTR of the branch remains at 90% levels through daily briefings on file wise errors. You will also be required to maintain branch compliance by identifying deficiencies and reporting them to the RM ICQ, conducting detailed RCA for OD cases, and stepping in as the Branch Manager in case of their absence for tasks such as cash deposition and disbursement. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate in any discipline with a strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and compliance.,
