Quality Executive - Retail MFB - Credit - Denkanikottai - Therpettai Road - J Grades

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for monitoring the FTR trends and identifying training gaps related to credit underwriting. Your role will involve conducting regular training sessions for Branch Loan officers to ensure they stay updated on the latest product offerings. In addition, you will be tasked with coordinating the mapping and technical issues, owning the end-to-end TAT servicing by the CO structure to support the sales teams. It will be your responsibility to maintain a 24-hour TAT for all assigned credit underwriting at the branch, ensuring efficient and timely processing. Furthermore, you will play a key role in maintaining the FTR of the branch at 90% levels by providing daily briefings on file-wise errors and conducting detailed RCAs for OD cases. You will also be required to act as the Branch Manager in their absence for tasks such as cash deposition and disbursement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate degree in any discipline and demonstrate strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure branch compliance will be crucial for success in this position.,
