Quality Executive

A Quality Executive ensures products and processes meet quality standards by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting audits, and analyzing data. Key responsibilities include developing quality systems, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, performing inspections, investigating customer complaints, and generating reports. They typically need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality systems: Create and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits: Perform quality checks on products and processes to identify defects, and conduct internal or external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality measures.
• Collaborate on improvements: Work with other departments, such as production, to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report: Track product and process performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on quality metrics. This includes developing dashboards and performance reports.
• Resolve issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train employees: Educate and train other employees on quality standards, best practices, and procedures.
• Manage documentation: Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality control records, and other relevant data.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required, such as in quality management, healthcare administration, or a specific technical field depending on the industry.
• Experience: Proven experience in quality management or a related role is often necessary.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with quality management systems and software.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting

Pay: ₹18,863.79 - ₹60,548.62 per month
