Job Description

Job Title:

Quality Control Executive / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
laboratory inspections and testing
of raw materials and finished products
Execute
wet chemistry techniques
and operate analytical instruments (GC, KF, Auto Titrator, IR, etc.)
Generate and document
test data, lab reports, and observations
Ensure adherence to
Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
and
5S standards
Collect, analyze, and interpret data for quality compliance
Use
SAP system
for data entry and quality tracking
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
is mandatory
Proficiency in analytical instruments:
GC, IR, KF, Auto Titrators
Strong knowledge of
chemical testing methods and specifications
Attention to detail and excellent
documentation skills
Familiarity with
ISO standards
, safety practices, and
SAP system
Good verbal and written communication with a problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to work in
shifts
and adapt to new responsibilities
