Quality Engineer(INJECTION MOULDING)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUALITY ENGINEER.

Diploma /B.Tech with mechanical Branch , experience injection molding ,Qualit Engineer having 2 to 4 years experience

Location - Site 4 Greater Noida

Salary -20,000-25,000

1. In process inspection, inspection knowledge.

2. FPA, LPA inspection, injection process parameters knowledge.
3. Can analyze customer/Inhouse complaints and make counter measure report, Red bin analysis knowledge 4. Process & Product audit knowledge. 5. 4 M change knowledge. 6. Can understand & monitor PDI,Inspection result, Sampling plan, incoming inspection as per standard. 7. Can prepare QMS documents as per the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016.

8.Understanding of drawing reading and parts inspection.

9. Use measuring instrument as Vernier caliper, micrometer, push pull gauge,

10. Molding defects knowledge.

11.Excel and ppt basic knowledge.

12. Continuous Process Improvement through Poke-Yoke, Kaizen and 5S, Knowledge of GD&T.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
