Were Hiring! | Quality Engineer Incoming Quality Inspector Fabrication & Metal Parts.Department: Quality Assurance Incoming Quality

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect incoming fabricated and metal parts such as brackets, frames, swing arms, and chassis.* Verify dimensions, surface finish, welding, and coating/plating as per engineering drawings.* Ensure supplier compliance with Material Test Certificates (MTC) and inspection documentation.* Conduct visual and dimensional inspection using instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.* Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain traceability records.* Communicate non-conformities to suppliers and follow up for CAPA & process improvement.* Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean quality practices.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering25 years of experience in Incoming Quality or Fabrication Quality (preferably in EV Automotive industry)

Key Skills:

* Sound knowledge of fabrication and welding processes* Familiar with GD&T, NDT methods (Visual, MPI, DP, UT)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 IATF 16949 systems* Proficient in inspection tools and quality documentation
