Quality Engineer

A quality engineer ensures a company's products and processes meet established quality standards by developing and implementing quality control systems, performing audits, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining documentation and compliance. They analyze data, collaborate with different departments, and manage the product lifecycle to achieve high customer satisfaction and consistent output. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Quality Systems:Design, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes to meet company and industry standards.
• Perform Audits and Inspections:Conduct regular internal and external audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Identify and Resolve Issues:Analyze data and monitor production to identify potential defects or issues, then lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure Compliance:Verify that processes and products comply with relevant regulatory standards, such as ISO 9001 or other industry-specific regulations.
• Maintain Quality Documentation:Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, quality reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Supplier Management:Liaise with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet the required quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement:Recommend and implement enhancements to quality systems and processes to improve overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Technical Knowledge:Understanding of quality control systems, statistical methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret data, perform hypothesis testing, and conduct statistical process control.
• Problem-Solving:Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex quality issues.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and management.
• Documentation Skills:Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive reports and maintaining quality records.
• Regulatory Knowledge:Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
