Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on enhancing the application lifecycle by applying your expertise in quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is thorough and effective, and that any defects are promptly addressed. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Ability to design, develop test plan, create test strategy and generate execution reports from manual/automation framework? Ability to analyze and debug automated test cases on a proprietary automation framework using Python/Java? Excellent Python debugging skills; Must have experience of working in Linux and good knowledge of bash scripting.? Experience with Test automation of hardware devices including Mobiles and similar devices.? Experience in execution of test scripts for consumer electronics devices.? Maintain automation frameworks, libraries, and test scripts for various applications, systems, and electronic devices.? Conduct execution reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality automation deliverables.? Document test processes, methodologies, and configurations for future reference.? Continuously monitor and analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements accordingly.
Professional & Technical Skills: -Technical Experience:? Must Have Skills: Automation Script Development & Execution, Java/Spring Boot, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Python, TestNG, TDD/BDD frameworks, JIRA, Postman/JMeter, AWS/Azure, Jenkin? Experience in developing test plan, strategy and execution plan for consumer electronics devices.?Understand Virtualization, Android ADB commands and log analysis experience.? Understands test automation frameworks to get test cases executed for consumer electronics devices.? Strong programming skills in Java/Python? Experience in manual/automation framework execution? Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG.? Experience working with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Git, Groovy and JIRA? Hands-on experience with API testing and automation tools like Postman or SoapUI.? Familiarity with relational databases and ability to write SQL queries for data validation and verification.? Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.? Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Professional Attributes:?
