Quality Engineer

Role Overview: As an Engineer - QA at our company located in Vasai, you will be responsible for conducting in-process inspection and component inspection of industrial projects. You will work on drafting industrial plant files, internal TCs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your expertise in MS Office/SAP will be crucial for maintaining documentation and inspection records. Additionally, you will be involved in quality inspection, calibration of instruments, sample testing, and report generation. On-the-job training will be provided to enhance your skills in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-process inspection and component inspection of industrial plants - Draft industrial plant files and internal TCs as per quality standards - Maintain compliance and documentation for all industrial plants - Handle ISO documentation and inspection processes - Maintain files for instrument calibration and sample testing - Perform inward quality inspection in SAP and ensure proper documentation - Manage floor rejections and maintain records - Collaborate with Production, SCM, and Purchase departments for project coordination Qualification Required: - Essential: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Desired: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 1 year of relevant experience, total experience of 2-4 years - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Additional Details: Our company provides health insurance benefits and offers day shift schedules.
