Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• More than

  5 years experience

  in Metal casting and foundry manufacturing background.from Automotive
• Hands-on experience and perform in

  PPAP/quality documents

  validation to supplier end , Manage No conformity for the rejected item
• perform the inspection of the foundry parts
• walk through control plan and pfmea with pover all process
• identify continuous improvrment activities at supplier end

• APQP

  phases involvement,

  In-process audit

  ,

  Supplier audit

  and

  8D

  ,

  Customer

  handling etc.
• Experience/Familiar in statistical process control

  (SPC) & MSA.

• Manufacturing plant technical experience of Product & Process Ductile Iron and cast Iron Metal casting prcess

• Experience in inspection and GD&T , PLC and Validation process must

• Educational background BE in Mechanical or any related degree
