Quality Engineer-Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a strong construction background to ensure that all site activities and construction work meet quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality control, material testing, and adherence to construction codes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and standards across all construction activities.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Supervise testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) and ensure lab/field test reports are within tolerance limits.
• Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, QA/QC plans, and work procedures.
• Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and track their implementation.
• Train and support site staff on quality standards and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• Construction: 6 years (Preferred)
• Real estate: 6 years (Preferred)
