Quality Engineer

Role Overview: As a Quality Inspector, your main responsibility will be to perform visual inspections of components and assemblies following the BOM checklist and standard inspection procedures. You will also need to conduct inward and outward quality checks for electrical panels, instruments, and components. Operating and testing high voltage (HV) panels, instruments, and related electrical systems will be a crucial part of your role. It will be your duty to verify wiring, labeling, and assembly quality as per design drawings and specifications. Additionally, maintaining and updating inspection records, reports, and test results accurately will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Perform visual inspections of components and assemblies according to the BOM checklist and standard inspection procedures - Conduct inward and outward quality checks for electrical panels, instruments, and components - Operate and test high voltage (HV) panels, instruments, and related electrical systems - Verify wiring, labeling, and assembly quality as per design drawings and specifications - Maintain and update inspection records, reports, and test results accurately - Identify non-conformities, prepare reports, and coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective actions - Ensure all inspection and testing equipment are calibrated and in proper working condition - Follow safety protocols and company standards during testing and inspection activities Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in quality inspection or a similar role - Knowledge of electrical systems and components - Attention to detail and strong observational skills - Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications - Strong communication skills to coordinate with production and engineering teams **Note: Benefits include leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
