1. Measurement & Programming of CMM.
2.Awareness of quality tools, Inspection technique, Problem solving methods 8D.3. Knowledge of Machining Process - CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling4. Good Written and Verbal communication skills.5. Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, GD&T Parameters6.Should know Inspection with measuring instruments -Vernier Calliper, Bore Gauge, Micrometre , Height Gauge, Surface Roughness and Attribute Gauges7.Customer complaint handling, non-conforming product analysis -Root Cause & Corrective actions.8. Good documentation skills - Procedure , SOP, Checklist & Format preparation.
