Global Colour Steels has a state-of-the art 35,000 sft. manufacturing facility in Kompally, Medchal, Hyderabad. The plant is fully kitted out with the latest machinery - CNC Plasma Profile Cutting Machines, EOT Cranes, Beam Lines, Stud Welding Machines, C & Z Purlin and Sheeting Machines, etc. We have the Capacity to deliver around 15,000 MT of steel per year.

Job description

Require Quality Control Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer- PEB Structures

· Having 3+ years of experience in PEB Production as Quality control.

· Checking alignment, dimensions and orientation of fabricated items as per drawings

· Attending physical inspection of assembly jobs and prepare stage wise inspection report

· Having experience in inspection of welding process

· checking and confirming correct material and welding consumables are used as per drawing for production

· Preparing and following Quality Assurance plan and Inspection test plan, reviewing material certificates.

· Preparing documents related to quality issues.

· Should have experience in inspection of welding process (SMAW,SAW,FCAW) and also in NDT process.

· Having knowledge in inspection process of material up to final stage.

Qualifiation: B.Tech. / M.Tech or any Engineering Graduate
