• Arrangement of final inspection as per offer
• Man Power handling & shift schedule according to collection
• Resolved final quality issue during final inspection
• Inform to higher authority if any non-conformity observed while inspection
• Development parts check sheet and checking update timely.
• Measuring skill likes Vernier height gauge and micrometer
• Give direction for priority of final inspection
• Can give the training to new person
• Make doc. audit and process audit plan and doing work as per plan
• Follow and give decision as per past trouble data base
• Escalate the correction required in FIP.
• Update to final inspector for any customer complaint
• Insure all gauges calibration before use & same give training to new join regarding calibration of instrument before use.
• Rejection control by verify NC parts rechecked.
• If any ECN come in running part inform to Q.C. and production team, and not ok stop production
• To provide customers with the highest level of quality and customer service in managing the QC, APQP, PPAP, and Customer Specific.
• Ensure the optimal utilization, calibration, repair, and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment, maintaining their accuracy and reliability.
• Coordinate and oversee the timely completion of corrective and preventive actions in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain records of internal non-conformances and conduct follow-up activities to ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken to prevent recurrences.
• Review and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Method Statements, and project-specific procedures to uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project.
