Quality Engineer (Civil) - Telecom

As a Quality Auditor in the telecom industry, your primary role will be to ensure the quality of civil works at telecom sites including towers, shelters, foundations, and fencing. You will be responsible for conducting independent site audits and inspections to guarantee compliance with client specifications, IS codes, and safety standards. It will be crucial for you to identify and report any non-conformities (NCRs) while also recommending process improvements and corrective actions. Your responsibilities will include inspecting various civil components such as foundations, shelters, and earthing systems. You will need to verify the quality of materials like cement, steel, and concrete used in the construction. Maintaining detailed audit reports that include photos and findings will be essential, as well as following up on NCR resolutions and any necessary rework. Effective coordination with site teams and providing training to workers on quality standards are also part of your duties. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, or rotational shifts based on project requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Auditor in a similar field.
