Quality Engineer - Civil

As a Civil QA/QC Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking the contractor's Site Quality Plan and Site Quality Manual. You will supervise the implementation of these plans and perform daily field inspections to ensure that the contractor's work aligns with project specifications, shop drawings, material approvals, and applicable codes. Your role will also involve conducting material inspections to verify compliance with specifications and material approvals, as well as overseeing storage, staging, and material handling methods. You will audit subcontractor quality control procedures and coordinate Offsite Equipment Source Inspections. Documentation of construction testing and inspection activities will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be in charge of controlling nonconforming product/work and managing Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you inspect all activities and performances at the site to ensure alignment with project specifications, shop drawings, material approvals, and applicable codes.,
