Job Description

Technical Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Visual Inspection:Visually examine parts for defects such as cracks, blowholes, shifts, or non-conforming surface textures.
Dimensional Measurement:Use various gauges, including contour gauges, measuring instruments, and computer-based systems, to verify that part dimensions and contours align with specifications.
Defect Identification & Documentation:Identify, document, and sort defective parts, marking them for rework, salvage, or scrap according to company procedures.
Data Recording:Record inspection data using computers or other tools and inform relevant personnel, such as operators or quality sub-leaders, of the results.
Quality Adherence: Ensure all inspections are performed according to company policies, quality standards (like ISO 9001), and work instructions.
QM : Support in QM pillar .

Qualification:

Graduate/ ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1 to 3 years experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
