Quality Electrical Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of civil construction activities in wind turbine projects. Your main focus will be on quality control within the wind energy sector, particularly in foundation construction, material testing, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate sound knowledge of basic principles of Electrical Components. - Prepare various documents as per ISO standards. - Conduct functional & operational testing of machines with software control systems, electrical accessories, and protection systems. - Utilize tools like Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action & Preventive Action process for problem-solving. - Identify and raise Non-Conformities, conduct RCA, CAPA, and track closure of NCs for timely completion. - Conduct technical audits of Wind Energy Converters at various Wind sites. - Provide technical training to Engineers at Wind Sites. - Offer online support to maintenance and commissioning teams. - Regularly analyze the Service & Commissioning Quality Assurance Systems and make recommendations for improvements. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech./ Diploma(Electrical) or equivalent. - Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in quality control of electrical works in the wind turbine/renewable energy sector. - Strong understanding of wind turbine foundation construction and material testing. - Good Knowledge of Electrical controller of wind turbine. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Proficient in proper documentation as per ISO 9001 requirement. - Able to work at heights and maintain good health.
