Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Operator

Location: Bellary, Karnataka
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: NDT Level-1
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Operator to work at our maintenance site in Bellary. The candidate should have NDT Level-1 certification and be skilled in using inspection tools like hardness testers, diameter gauges, and micrometers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check quality of maintenance parts and components.
• Use inspection tools:
• Hardness tester
• Diameter gauges
• Internal and external micrometers
• Perform basic NDT Level-1 tests.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain inspection tools and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow company safety and quality rules.

Requirements:

• NDT Level-1 certified (any method like UT, MPT, etc.).
• Experience in using measurement tools for QC.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes.
• Able to read measurements and record inspection results.
• Prior work in heavy industry or maintenance sites is a plus.
