• Inspection & Testing: Conduct physical checks and tests on raw materials, in-progress items, and finished products using various tools (calipers, micrometers, software).
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, defects, and corrective actions.
• Reporting: Communicate inspection results and potential issues to supervisors and relevant teams.
• Process Monitoring: Oversee production stages to ensure consistent quality and identify areas for workflow improvement.
• Corrective Action: Collaborate with production/engineering to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures (root cause analysis).
• Training: Educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and new regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
