Quality Controller

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting materials and products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation and records
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities
• Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality standards, including GMP, ISO, or other relevant certifications
• Support internal and external audits
• Help develop and improve quality control procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred
• Previous quality control or quality assurance experience in a [relevant industry] preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, or lab testing equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
