Quality Controller

As a Quality Control Executive in the fashion industry, your role will involve overseeing the quality standards in garment manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production from stitching to final packing, conducting quality checks at various stages, and visiting vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the quality control process for mens and womens knitted fabric garments from stitching to packing. - Implement quality checks at every stage of production to uphold high-quality standards. - Conduct pre-production sample (PPS) checks before bulk production. - Inspect garment panels pre-stitching to guarantee defect-free production. - Perform in-line inspections after 10% completion to address quality issues early. - Conduct final inspections before dispatch to meet customer and company standards. - Regularly visit vendors and factories to monitor quality and process compliance. - Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality concerns. - Maintain detailed reports of quality inspections and corrective actions. - Provide feedback to vendors for improving production quality. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control for fashion/apparel, particularly in knitted garments. - Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or related field. - Strong attention to detail, knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, and vendor management. - Willingness to travel frequently for vendor inspections. - Effective communication skills with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.,
