Job Description

Position

Role Overview:

Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Support
quality control testing
of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Assist in preparing
test reports and maintaining documentation
as per QC standards.
Conduct routine
sampling, labeling, and record keeping
in accordance with SOPs.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to ensure
consistent product quality
.
Maintain
lab instruments and cleanliness
as per company protocols.
Follow all
safety and quality compliance
procedures during operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong basic knowledge of
chemistry and laboratory practices
.
Eagerness to learn
adhesive / polymer / chemical testing procedures
.
Good observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records.
Team player with a proactive learning attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
(Freshers or up to 1 year of experience can apply).
Candidates with internship or exposure in
chemical / adhesive industry
preferred.
