Quality Control Officer

Role

1) Administer, execute and continually improve the Quality control program

2) Must have Statistical and Analytical knowledge

3) Work experience in mass production environment preferable

4) Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made

5) Must have knowledge of ISO 9001 and be able to generate and maintain documents accordingly

6) Inspect, test and sample incoming inventory and outgoing production continuously

7) Discuss inspection results with those responsible and recommend necessary corrective actions if needed

8) Disregard or reject materials not meeting specifications

9) Record and maintain QA and QC results

10) Develop a culture of quality awareness

11) Ensure QC goals are met by all departments

12) Knowledge of non-ferrous electrical components preferable and PPAP and APQP, MSA, 7QC tools and Six Sigma

13) Must have excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a sense of urgency

14) Perform other duties as needed

The plant is located in Howrah, West Bengal. Accommodation facility is available within the plant if needed.
