Inspect and verify
raw materials and components.
Conduct
visual inspections, dimensional checks, and electrical testing
of incoming items.
Document
inspection reports.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):

Monitor quality during
assembly, SMT, wiring, and housing
processes on the production line.
Ensure
process parameters
and work instructions are followed by line operators and technicians.
Identify and report
defects, deviations, or non-conformities
during production.
Work closely with production supervisors to
prevent and correct recurring issues
.

3. Final Quality Control (FQC):

Perform
visual inspection and functional testing
of finished LED products before packaging and dispatch.
Conduct electrical tests including
voltage, current, power factor, lumen output, and surge protection checks
.
Check for
labeling, packaging accuracy, aesthetics
, and
branding compliance
.
Segregate defective items and initiate
rework or rejection protocols
.

4. Testing & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of
QC test results, daily inspection logs, and defect reports
.
Assist in
calibration and upkeep
of QC tools and testing equipment.

5. Reporting & Escalation:

Report any quality concerns or potential issues to the
QC Manager
for corrective actions.
Help in
root cause analysis
and support the QA team in implementing
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.
Ensure traceability of lots, batches, and serial numbers during inspection and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
Over 3 years experience.
Korean speaking is additional advantage.
