Job Description

Quality Control Executive Fruits & Vegetables

Education & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture / Food Science
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify daily quality reports from suppliers and warehouses; inspect fruits &

vegetables as required

Consolidate and maintain QC, training, rejection, and complaint reports; prepare

summaries for stakeholders

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and ensure

implementation of corrective actions

Verify effectiveness of corrective actions post-implementation
Visit supplier locations frequently, conduct supplier audits, and provide training
Follow up and close audit non-conformities within timelines
Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvement measures

Desired Skills:

Hands-on experience in Quality Checking & Inspection
Good knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) specifications
Strong understanding of QC processes and reporting
Knowledge of staples specifications (preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers
