Quality Control Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure accurate test results.
• Prepare, review, and maintain test reports, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), and documentation.
• Assist in investigating and reporting any non-conformities or deviations.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols in the laboratory.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and participate in internal audits.
• Collaborate with the production and QA teams to address quality-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control role in nutraceutical, food, or pharma industry.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques, lab instruments (HPLC, UV, etc.), and documentation practices.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
