Job Description

Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and procedures on-site.
Perform or oversee field and laboratory tests on materials (e.g., concrete, soil, asphalt).
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test results, and quality assurance records.
Ensure all quality documentation is up to date and properly filed.
Verify that all work complies with applicable codes, standards (like ASTM, ACI), and contractual requirements.
Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Identify and report non-conformities in work or materials.
Initiate corrective actions and follow up on resolutions.
Work closely with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with third-party laboratories and inspection agencies.
Propose improvements in construction processes to prevent future quality issues.
Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
